Customer Service was Disrespectful
I went to the Family Dollar in Ewing NJ. The employee was rude no greeting.
She had an attitude several times. She had gotten an attitude because I ask for cash back. I mention to her that this is not the correct way to speak to a customer.
She call me a *** several times and shouted inappropriate words at me. Also she was yelling I don't care if you report me.

Complaint
Manager is Rude - no respect for paying customers or her staff
Advice for anyone who's pissed at this site
Hi everyone. Hopefully what I write here will save you some time and aggravation.
I tried manually removing my private information from this stupid familytreenow site, and it would not let me because it could not "locate" the information that it was showing about me.
Ridiculous. So I emailed them and politely requested they remove my information. I received no response. So I emailed them again, with the same request.
No response. Then a third time I emailed them. No response. I gave up for a while.
Then suddenly I had an idea; why not file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which gives them a richly-deserved rating of "F"!).
Lo and behold, the BBB intervened and resolved this problem within 48 hours.
So I would encourage all of you: don't fret, and don't waste your time contacting familytreenow. Just go directly to the BBB (https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started) and file a complaint.

Somehow I got kicked off the site in the middle of building an extensive family tree
I must have hit the wrong button because the site kicked me off and would not let me re-enter.
User's recommendation: I would not recommend
It's impossible to remove info
The opt out form is a continuous loop that goes nowhere. It does have another form that I did not fill out because I didn't want to give them even more information. This website should be shut down.

Opt out of family tree is almost impossible. Tried to do it, just went round and round in circles.
forced me to trace, retrace, trace again, my information but never got me to the opt out page. They make is so difficult so you will give up. This thing should be outlawed.The right to privacy refers to the concept that one's personal information is protected from public scrutiny. U.S.
Justice Louis Brandeis called it the right to be left alone.
This site is not legal as claimed, it is strictly an outright and obvious violation of American principals. However, we have not a single representative who will stand up for the American people.

Tried to op out of all my details and the process was
excruciating. Just confirms that some social media information
is shared without the person's consent....possibly a
legal case which I should bring up with my
husband who is a partner in a leading NYC law firm.
